Selling

As an essential part of your property sale, we provide you with assistance in completing the required Property Information and Fixtures Fittings and Contents Form. We obtain the information required to draw up a Contract for your sale and evidence title to your buyer’s conveyancer, working closely with your buyer’s conveyancer and your estate agent.

Once you have exchanged Contracts and agreed a completion date, we will advise you further of the requirements for effecting a smooth completion day.

Buying

After receiving the Contract and documentation, together with all search results and your offer of mortgage (if required) we will raise enquiries with your seller’s conveyancer to ensure that the legal title is approved by us.

After attending you or sending out our Contract report, once we hold all signed documents and are in a position to proceed to exchange of Contracts, we will agree a completion date on your behalf and take you through the completion process smoothly and efficiently.
